The program of the graphene school is developed over several modules, considered as important for future developments on graphene both from the points of view of nanosciences and of nanotechnologies.
1) Introduction
2) Mesoscopic physics
3) Electronic properties
4) Electronic structure
6) Numerical simulation
7) Synthesis and technology
8) Characterisation
9) Applications
The courses begin on Tuesday 12th and finish on Friday 22 th of October. Sunday 17th is free. There will be approximately 5 hours of courses each working day. Some evening sessions will be devoted to discussions and round tables between participants and teachers. Two evening sessions will be poster sessions where the participants will present their own work (also in adjacent fields). In addition simple experiments (STM, exfoliation..) as well as examples of numerical simulation will also be proposed to the participants. The detailed schedule is not yet available.
